My specialty is feature article writing and photography.  My writing and photographs have appeared in a dozen magazines, usually involving telecommunications.

Research for most articles is conducted via the Internet and telephone, and most interviews are conducted by telephone. I am available for travel and have from time to time visited locations for interviews and photography.

I'm probably best known for the 20 years I worked at Mobile Radio Technology magazine, beginning as a senior editor and ending as editorial director of that magazine and several others.
